Itinerary
We pick up customers in Killarney town. Killarney offers an immersive Irish experience. Journey through timeless natural beauty, vibrant culture and rich history. Hear the whisper of ancient stories and feel the warmth of its welcome
Step back in time as we visit the Kerry Bog Village, where history comes alive. Discover how life was lived in 18th-century Ireland at this unique village-the only one of its kind in Europe! The Red Fox Inn is situated beside the Kerry Bog Village. Their Irish coffees are world-famous and a discount is available to visitors who purchase a ticket for the village.
Pass by: From here we continue southwest and pass through the village of Glenbeigh. Soon we catch your first glimpse of the Atlantic Ocean and the rugged Kerry coastline. Weather permitting your driver/guide will stop for photos along the way.
Arrive: 11am Sheepdog demonstrations on the Ring of Kerry! Watch the amazing skills demonstrated by Kells sheepdogs as they herd the Sheep in the Kerry countryside. A unique skill that is well worth viewing. * Optional (There is a separate charge for the demonstration - cash only.)
We take a peaceful break in Waterville, a charming village wedged between the Atlantic and Lough Currane. The only village on the Ring of Kerry right on the coast, Waterville offers a refreshing walk along the seafront, where the salty sea air will invigorate you. Enjoy your lunch stop here and soak in the coastal vibes.
No trip to the Ring of Kerry is complete without a stop at Coomakista Pass. At over 700 feet above sea level, this panoramic viewpoint offers one of the most stunning vistas on the entire route. Marvel at the views over Kenmare Bay, Deenish Island, and the surrounding islands.
Next, we head to Sneem, a village painted in vibrant colours and known for its picture-perfect streets. Winner of the ‘Tidy Towns of Ireland’ award, this tranquil village offers a snapshot of Ireland’s quaint beauty. Enjoy a stroll around, breathe in the peace, and admire the charming shops and pubs.
As we near the end of your tour, we stop at Ladies View, one of Ireland’s most iconic viewpoints. Nestled within Killarney National Park, this spot offers sweeping views over the Black Valley, Upper and Lower Lakes, and the stunning Killarney mountains. It’s the perfect ending to your unforgettable day on the Ring of Kerry.
We arrive back into Killarney town around 5pm for drop off back to the Tourist office
We travel through Caherciveen and as we are using a smaller coach we are able to drive on the spectacular 'Skellig Ring' on the edge of the Atlantic Ocean to stop at St Finian's Bay and Skellig Chocolates. This beautiful area offer uninterrupted and unrivalled views of the iconic Skellig islands

We loved every minute
We had such a great time! David was very friendly, approachable and we learned so much from him! Highly recommend this tour!
The tour was Ok. However...
The tour was Ok. However the driver was talking more about himself and his family than the history of the place.
Our last tour of our 2026 trip was one of the best!
Kevin O'Sullivan, our tour guide was quite a character enhancing the already pristine and perfect experience. Each corner we turned revealed more beauty and absolutely stunning coastal line and charming villages.
Amazing Day tour of an Amazing world!
Informative and exhilarating day trip around the Ring of Kerry with amazing views and unforgettable experiences. Kevin was an awesome tour guide! His knowledge of the history of the people and geography of Kerry is amazing. Would love to do it again.
A great way to see the Ring of Kerry while enjoying some great commentary
We spent the day traveling the Ring of Kerry with Kevin. He provided a great day full of information and fun commentary. Believe it or not, he even took us to see some very special sites, including a house where 5 Bishops lived. We highly recommend the tour with Kevin.
