We loved this tour with Lauren! We liked her energy and the history parts were very interesting. We got to see all the cats and pet some of them and the café where we stopped at was lovely. I recommend this tour :)
The walking food tour was “ok”. A glass of water at each of the stops except one where there was a choice between one beer or a shot was a little on the cheap side. Food samples were good and gave us a real taste of Icelandic foods. I thought the tour was very overpriced for what was provided. Just under 3 hours for two people was $400 Cdn vs. an all day bus tour of Golden Circle which included going back out in the evening to view the Northern lights for the exact same price…food tour was way overpriced!
The tour was excellent! The guide was very knowledgeable and entertaining. There was a good sampling of different foods and a nice introduction to downtown.
