The bus was so dirty and...
The bus was so dirty and run down. Bus was knot at the meeting point they told me. This created a problem for my sister who had a knee replacement. I was lied to about distance to the meeting. I will not use your service again
Knowledgeable and interesting
Tour guide knows Québec and its history. Everyone onboard enjoyed the tour.
Good tour but avator needs to get updates on meeting location
The Aviator info for the pickup location was not up to date. There was a person there who told about 8 of us we had to relocate to another spot about 2 blocks away. I don’t walk very well and purposely got there 45 min early. I held up departure almost 15 min. But the driver/guide waited for me to hobble up. He did a great job and it was a great tour.
