Quebec Bus Tour
Hi I just wanted to compliment Charles our bus driver today. He was both friendly and knowledgeable as well as a great driver.
Nice overview of Quebec...
Nice overview of Quebec City. I would have preferred a real tour guide rather than a recording as the voice over didn’t always align and not all stops were called out.
Rain out
I never have had a problem with Hop on Hop off tour. The only bad experience we had, which is not their fault, was a rain storm put us in bottom of bus for half the trip with steamed up windows. It would be nice to get a partial refund.
Worth the time and money
Overall, totally worth the time and money. Got to see parts of the city that we wouldn't have visited otherwise. Guide was a recording, which had lots of interesting facts, but the bus got ahead of the recording, so I didn't always know where to look. The drivers were pleasant and patient. you could choose to sit upstairs in the open air or downstairs to be out of the sun. Very comfortable and clean busses.
Disappointing
The bus stops at 4 pm and often takes 45 minutes before another bus comes. I hopped off and then took over an hour before another bus came so I ran out of time since they stop after 4pm. Only rode for about an hour so not worth the money for me!
