Prefer live guide to audio.

Great way to see a city in one day. Liked having a real travel guide as opposed to the audio as we had questions re certain stops.

Post Cunard Cruise Tour of Quebec

Traveling in the city during the Quebec marathon is quite difficult! So much traffic everywhere delayed the bus

Hop on Hop off a huge disappointment

We were extremely disappointed in the Hop on Hop off experience. It was definitely not worth the cost. The taped message had a lot of background noise and was difficult to hear. The driver made comments about some sites but never said if it was on our left or right. We expected the driver to announce the stop number. One driver was unfriendly and gave us incorrect information about our ride, it ended before the stop we needed so we had to take a taxi to our destination at the end of the day. Much could be done to improve this experience!

I found it a bit...

I found it a bit confusing- the stops didn’t follow the numbers ( except at the beginning). If you got on in the middle it didn’t seem to go where I thought it would go, so we missed some places, other than that it was fine. Pleasant drivers.

Somewhat disappointing, but at least got us around the city

Double-decker bus tour was so-so --- went all over. tour guide was audio via earbuds, and very difficult to hear. Disappointing that there was no personal guide for passenger interaction that may have been available on a smaller more intimate tour. Hop-on/hop-off feature involved 16 stops for several minutes at each.
