Few problems
It was very good , except for a few things. 1. The English speaking tour guide was difficult to understand, and didn't understand stand are English questions 2. We went to the chocolate store, there was another bus just like ours. Waited in line and was not able to purchase anything!!! 3. When we got off the bus, we heard from another passenger that knew we were on Holland America and we were never told. The bus just left when we heard from passenger. Could of saved $15 in Uber charges. !!
Get the ice cream!
The Falls and Basilica were both amazing. The smaller experiences of stopping at the chocolate and ice cream shop on the Island and also at the Copper Studio were both very memorable. Get the soft serve with milk chocolate dip— best ice cream treat ever. The Copper Studio was fascinating and friendly. Our guide Simon was entertaining and a wealth of fun facts. Highly recommend this tour.
A great varied tour
This half day was a very extensive tour of four different locations offering a nice mix from waterfalls to chocolate covered ice creams! A very friendly and helpful guide and driver
Too rushed, and too many people.
This is a large group bus tour. Very little time spent on Isle of Orleans which was disappointing. The best part was the Copper museum, and even that was rushed.
Unitour retrieved the day!
Taxis don't know the starting point for the tour, 2715 boulevard louis xiv or perhaps there is language difficulty although the driver spoke English.
