Awesome day
Absolutely brilliant day. The caves we definitely my favourite. What an experience! Big shout out to our tour guid Kevin, out photo guy Fernando and our driver Jorge.
Tulum Ruins, Turtles in Akumal & Cenote with lunch
This trip was the best part of our vacation! Our guide HERNANDEZ ALFREDO was so great and taught us so much! The start of the day at Talum was filled with so much history & beauty there are no words for it. Then driving to swim with the turtles, we got to have have snacks, & drinks to refuel before swimming. We even had someone in our group that was not a swimmer and Hernandez got a float for her and stayed with her the entire time so she could see the turtles & fish as well. Then as we went to the Cenote', we got some history lessons to prepare for the adventure. Once in the Cenote' we got even more lessons on how & what the caves do & it was the most amazing thing I have ever done before. At the end of the day we got to have lunch at the Cenote' and the people there were so sweet and the food was SOOOOO GOOD!!! Even our driver was great & so sweet! I would do this tour again with Hernandez again & again! I can't say enough good things about the entire day.

We had a fantastic tour with Ocean Tours! A huge thank you goes to our tour guide Ruben – he really made this excursion something very special. With his likable, relaxed manner, he not only entertained us perfectly but also provided us with an extreme amount of interesting and important information. The stops were absolutely dreamlike: Seeing the Mayan ruins in Tulum against this backdrop was beautiful. Swimming with the turtles in Akumal was an absolute highlight and the cenote was simply magical. Overall an all-around successful day that we will never forget. Anyone looking for a perfect mix of culture, nature, and a great atmosphere is in exactly the right place here. Absolute recommendation and 5 stars!
Good tour
The Tulum ruins are fantastic, swimming with the turtles was fun despite the rain, and the cenote is huge and impressive. Our guide, Gabi, and the entire team of guides were very friendly and attentive. The only downside to the tour was the lunch, which was quite poor.
Great trip, great guides
Tremendous trip with great guides. Dara in particular was helpful, friendly, and informative. She spoke excellent english, which as the sole gringo in a collection of 40 Brazilian choristers was very welcome (she looked after a group of 6, so plenty of attention). Thanks also to Irvin the driver and Gabi the guide for the other half of our subgroup. Best to come wearing swimming costumes, but changing in and out is well catered, with good advice on keeping valuables safe. Having photographers for the water based activities was a plus, and worth the additional group fee at rhe end - thanks Sophia. All three activities well worth it, but it helps if you are a reasonable swimmer (life jackets always worn, and help given to weaker swimmers.
