Recommeded informative, fun walking tour
Very informative tour, makes your daily walking through city alive with knowledge. Loved the "beer glass" miracle of church and tower story and ferdinand's wife was amazing resilient and glad she got a church too show for it. Lastly too Dani our amazing and highly recommeded tour guide, scary my shoe size fits in devils footprint. Thank you for the lovely stories and explaining the culture, history and life of the city.
Solo in Munich
Munich has less of an old town to see, due to WW2 bombing, but Dan did a very good job explaining the local culture, stories, and traditions.
Fabulous intro to Munich!
Dan was an amazing tour guide and so knowledgeable! He shared a ton of history, showed us all the important landmarks and gave us some of his own background. We highly recommend this tour for anyone who hasn’t been to the city!
A highly informative tour and engaging tour guide
Dan, our tour guide, was a native of Munich, who spoke very clear English, and was both knowledgeable and engaging. He told us about relevant history and legends for the places we visited, took us inside 2 churches,. and showed us the glockenspiel in action at noon when the figures were dancing. With just 6 people on the tour with us, it was easy to speak with each other and with Dan and have all our questions answered. We would highly recommend!
Engaging and informative guide
We had a wonderful tour with Dan, our tour guide, through Old Town with a total of 6 people in our group. Dan was a Munich native who spoke clear English and at each site, he provided us with engaging insights about both history and local legends. He also took us inside two of the main churches. The tour finished at Marienplatz where we saw the glockenspiel figures dance at noon. We would highly recommend.
