Full description
Collect your luggage and head out through customs. When you clear customs to the arrival hall your driver will be waiting with your name on a sign. Your driver arrives at the arrival hall approximately 20 minutes after confirmed landing. The driver will assist you with carrying your luggage to the vehicle which is conveniently located just outside the terminal. The transfer to Reykjavik will take about 45 minutes.
Departure transfer
You choose your own pick-up time. The driver will be there on time and ready to drive you to the airport. If your pickup is at a hotel the driver will come into the lobby to collect you and assist you with carrying your luggage.
Change of flight time
No worries, our support desk monitors the live flight schedule and updates transfers accordingly. If there is a delay in your arrival flight or if the flight is arriving ahead of time we will be there on time. If your departure flight is delayed significantly we may call you to offer you to delay the transfer.
Additional information
Please note that groups with more than 8 people may have to be dropped off at the nearest bus stop to the accommodation as Icelandic law prohibits the use of larger vehicles within some streets in Reykjavik downtown area. Most hotels are within a 5 minute walking distance from the bus stops.
