Traveler reviews
Wonderful
We are a family of 5. This was a great tour. Pick up was at our Hotel, right on time. Read the fine print because an additional $25 per person was needed for taxes - which bumped up the price even more for us. Tulum was very hot, bring a steal water bottle because plastic bottles are not allowed on site. The tour guide offered a cooler of water which was greatly appreciated. Tour guide was knowledgeable, but my 9 year old was bored.. (no fault of the tour guide) -Snorkeling was great, but the best was the caves. It was an all day trip for us, enjoyed it, left with some great pics! Oh and bring a water proof camera case!
The best
Jesús Pech that guy is the best he hook me right up with a lovely experience in CANCÚN...
Little infrastructure of...
Little support infrastructure. Very hot and no restaurants. Eat only what is available on the walk.
A great fun-packed day!
We had a great tour with Paco- he was super knowledgeable about not only the Tulum ruins but also the general area and Mayan life- he was able to answer the MANY questions our children asked with good humour. Our personal highlight was the cenote which was beautiful and other-worldly, although I also loved seeing turtles while we snorkelled. I would say 2 things for travelling with kids- Tulum ruins are definitely hot so bring non-plastic drinks for sure and big sun hats!! Also the snorkelling was quite challenging with the waves, so I would only consider this if your kids are confident in the ocean or have snorkelled before! It was great to do so much in 1 day and made great memories.
One of the best days of our lives
Our tour guide gave us an unforgettable day. We were able to gain so many impressions and the schedule was simply perfect. Absolutely recommended! 🌴
