Early in the tour, my son began suffering from severe motion sickness that had carried over from our cruise ship. Before we could even panic, Murat calmly stepped in. He was unbelievably patient and perfectly prepared, immediately providing towels, wet wipes, and cold water from his van to help us clean up and get my son comfortable. He completely turned what could have been a disaster into a manageable, reassuring moment.On top of being a lifesaver, he is a total natural with children and very sweet. Our kids absolutely adored his fun, cool, and warm personality. In fact, my 4-year-old daughter insisted on constantly holding "Uncle Murat's" hand throughout the day! I could also tell by his interactions with the other locals that he has a genuine loving personality. By the afternoon, it truly felt like we were being shown around town by a close relative rather than a tour guide. It was a memorable day filled with good conversation and amazing sights. We truly enjoyed our day in Belfast with its welcoming people and beautiful scenery.
