Itinerary
Your Tour will begin from your pickup location, where you will meet your driver and guide for the day. There we will begin our journey to the north coast traveling through the rolling farmland of County Antrim which has been used for the famous Game of Thrones TV Show. The Antrim Coast Road is widely agreed to be one of the finest stretches of road anywhere in the world. The road hugs the coastline giving incredible seaside views, passing unspoiled beaches, and sheltering under rugged cliffs. You may even see Scotland on a good day!
Our first stop of the day takes us into the amazing picturesque fishing village of Carnlough for a quick comfort break. The village shop is a fitting end to your trip as you take in the quaint harbour used by pleasure boats and small fishing vessels in an area rich for both sea and freshwater angling. This harbor although built in the nineteenth century during the famine years still retains an old-world charm, which meant that it didn’t seem out of place when it first appeared in Game of Thrones.
We travel along the Causeway Coastal route between Ballycastle and Dunluce to experience one of the most dramatic drives in the world, now rated as one of the world’s top 5 great road journeys. We transport you by windswept cliffs, spectacular scenery, and fabulous unspoiled beaches.
One of the most visited places in Northern Ireland amazing Carrick-a-Rede Rope bridge where you can cross a bridge that spans a chasm over 75ft in height. (Please note Crossing the Rope bridge will depend on the time you have on shore. The Carrick-A-Rede Rope bridge may sometimes be closed due to weather conditions or repairs. There will be a 1-mile walk from the car park to the Carrick-A-Rede Rope Bridge if you have mobility issues, have small children, or use a stroller that can't handle unpaved pathways. (If you wish to cross the bridge you will need to pre-book your ticket) Please let us know before purchasing your tickets and we will advise of an approx. time of arrival. if you do not wish to cross, we can stop at the viewing point for photos.
A Beautiful scenic beach at the very tip of Ireland and the closest country from here would be Iceland which is 800 miles away. we will stop there and take some beautiful photos and enjoy the views.

One of the most popular natural phenomena in Northern Ireland, the Dark Hedges were used as a set for the hit TV series Game of Thrones. Featured Scene: Season 2, Episode 1: The North Remembers – On the King’s Road, Arya Stark has escaped from King’s Landing, disguised as a boy. She is with Yoren, Gendry, Hot Pie, and others who are to join the Night’s Watch, in a cart, traveling north on the King’s Road. why are they called the Dark Hedges? Traveler reviews
A wonderful day trip!!
We spent a wonderful day with Murat. Very knowledgeable and pleasant driver who told a lot of interesting stories during the drive. He was also kind enough to add two extra stops along the way at the end. A great day for our family!!!
Belfast Express Tour
Murat was a very knowledgeable guide and we enjoyed being with him. He was on time at the cruise port and had a nice vehicle. Would highly recommend him if you want to see Belfast.
Giants Causeway private tour (Canadian travellers)
From beginning to end, this trip with Murat was fun, informative and flexible! Murat was an exceptional host and driver - with a wonderful sense of humour.... and adapted our trip to exactly what our interests were. Would recommend!
A Day in NI
We booked a private day's tour of Northern Ireland with Murat Yilmaz. Despite his name, Murat has lived in NI for 27 years, has an Irish wife and three Irish daughters. He knows the country well and many of the people in it. And it shows! Despite the inclement weather we had a comprehensive introduction to NI, its countryside, history and culture. Nothing was too much trouble for Murat, and he fell in with, then embellished, some of our ideas about what we wanted to see. Murat is a safe driver in an immaculate people carrier. The day was well-worth the money and is highly recommended.
Great day out
