I don't indicate!

The service while negotiating the packages was attentive. Then we had no return, and when we insisted on receiving the information, the care was no longer the same. We had to go to the agency a day before the tours, as we did not receive a hello or voucher. And we left there without the vouchers, we promising to send only hotel, which arrived only at night. We became insecure and suspicious. The purchase of the Matchu Picchu ride includes train all the way back, however one stretch was by train and the rest by bus. However, the outsourced staff (guides) were very professional and attentive.

A breathtaking experience coupled with an amazing tour guide

Our tour guided by Santos was amazing! Santos is extremely knowledgeable and also very conscientious of allowing us time to enjoy the scenery and take it all in. Santos also helped us understand how to get around (between Aguas Calientes and Machu Picchu entrance, which tickets to use, which entrance to use) and confirm unexpected closures to a few hikes that we purchased. Upon arrival at the Machu Picchu entrance for our first day, Santos confirmed with the gate controller that Huaynapicchu and Machupicchu mountains are closed from hikers (as of 12 April 2025). Highly recommend a tour guided by Santos! He definitely helped us make the best of an unexpected itinerary change and a rather confusing entrance system.

Incredible journey

My experience in Machu Picchu was simply amazing, my tour started at 7 a.m. so it wasn’t so full at the beginning. Special thanks to the Guide RONALD, who was super attentive at all times, since when he picked me up at the train station, on the bus when he provided me the best seat to enjoy the view, during the visit he shared a lot of knowledge of the Inca culture and acted as a photographer hahah and on the way back still took me to stamp the passport and showed me the train station for the trip back. Many thanks also to the agency Machu Picchu Trips, as a woman travelling alone I felt very safe at all times, because I closed a 1 week Vacation Package with several tours and had no unforeseen. Thank you all: Ana, Franco, Ricardo and others I don't remember the name.

It was my worst day in Peru, full of stress and disappointment

I waited for this moment for 7 years and, unfortunately, for this agency, it was my worst day in Peru, full of a lot of stress. Despite arriving in Aguas Calientes on time, the subsequent delays in coordinating transport and entrance to the different attractions resulted in an experience far below our expectations. Our initial itinerary indicated an entrance to Waynapicchu at 9:00, however, we did not gain access until 9:56, which significantly compromised the duration and quality of the tour. This delay forced us to start the main route at Machu Picchu much later than planned, finally starting at 12:00 and ending at 13:00, halving the agreed time for this service. Additionally, the quality of the tour was disappointing. We were promised a detailed and enriching tour; however, the information provided was superficial and did not fit the expectations of a private tour. I am also concerned that the coordination of transport and access to Waynapicchu was not managed efficiently, considering it to be a private tour, resulting in unnecessary waiting times and missed opportunities to fully enjoy the facilities. Finally, communication from the agency was inadequate, receiving crucial details about the schedule just hours before our first tour, which complicated our planning and affected our overall experience.
