Itinerary
Enjoy delicious breakfast focaccia at epic artisanal Italian food emporium, Eataly. Then follow your tour guide to learn about the secrets of the building and experience a guided tour of Italy.
Learn about the building's unique architecture. Be sure to have the tour guide take your photo in front of it! We do not tour the inside of the building.
Did you know that in 1876, the Statue of Liberty’s right arm and torch was put on display here for 6 years in an effort to raise funding to complete the statue’s construction? This park has played a pivotal role in much of NYC's history!
Your tour guide will explain the historical significance of this important park. You will also get to experience the popular Greenmarket (except Thursdays & Sundays), street vendors, protestors, break dancers, Krishna followers chanting and city dwellers enjoying lunch or a stroll through the park. Union Square is certainly a microcosm of NYC.
Step inside this heavenly, local favorite bakery as we sample various baked goods. What a way to end a fabulous food tour!
Pass by: Pass by the iconic, original Shake Shack!
Learn about the vision behind Honeybrains & get a taste of food to fuel your brain!

Traveler reviews
The best flat iron tour, and it it tasty too!
Justin was great! He was personal, knowledgeable and really knew his information about a flat iron district. That is the fun part about taking a tour by local as they know their history and you can’t so much more than if you try to just go there on your own and look around. Would highly suggest next time you’re in the city look up Justin for a flat iron tour, you’ll be glad you did and the food is delicious too. You definitely won’t go hungry!
Flatiron tour
Justin was great & very knowledgeable. I didn’t understand why we went to the brain food restaurant. Not a typical NYC site to visit.
great way to spend a birthday with friends!
this was a great tour, I took the tour as a local with two friends, I purchased for my friends birthdays, and we all enjoyed learning some of the rich history of NYC
Flatiron food and history; great!
Really good. Excellent information and a 4 great food stops. Highly knowledgeable guide ... and some very tasty bites!
Great for Locals too!
We had such an amazing time on the tour! We were part of a small group, all made up of locals. Somehow we all managed to learn many new facts about the food and architecture and overall history of the area. I passed through Flatiron everyday for many years and never noticed some of the small details of history. The food itself was also great and very filling that I could barely finish.
