By the 1930s, the Meatpacking District produced the nation’s 3rd-largest volume of dressed meats. While trendy spots now dominate, five meatpacking companies remain as the neighborhood constantly evolves. We had an excellent tour guide, Sergio. What a jewel this company has in this young man. He's super enthusiastic, very knowledgeable, and loves to engage with his guests on the tour. He ensured everyone was thoroughly happy and was able to see as much as we could.
