Beyond words-Amazing!
From the beginning of our tour, Goksu was polite, friendly, knowledgeable and engaging. His passion for his work was infectious and this was one of our favorite tours we have ever taken. We were on a cruise and did not have much time here, but Goksu ensured we were not rushed and we were able to experience so much in such a short period of time, and we were back to our ship with plenty of time. What a memorable day with Goksu and in Ephesus.
Amazing Tour!
Mustafa was our guide for an incredible tour of the amazing historical sites around Ephesus. It was very easy to connect with him at the port and transportation in the comfortable van with a driver made the tour so simple. We were able to develop the tour as we went, and Mustafa was an amazing source of information about the history of the region as well as offering insight into Turkish culture.
Private tour a must if time is short!
What an amazing day! Our guide was OUTSTANDING. Murat was personable and very knowledgeable. We learned so much about Ephesus and Murat had an uncanny way of avoiding the crowds and finding just the right places for explanations. A private tour is the way to go--especially if your time is limited in the magical place.
Fantastic private Ephesus tour.
Fantastic afternoon at Ephesus with Leyla. She was a great tour guide and happy to customise the tour to suit us with a lovely local lunch at the end. Highly recommend a private tour as you can take in everything at your own pace.
Fantastic Day in Ephesus with Lori the Guide
Lori was our fantastic knowledgeable Guide for the day & met us outside the cruise terminal. She was with my friend & I all the way on the drive to House of the Virgin Mary then onto Ephesus. Lori allowed us time at the House of the Virgin Mary - nothing was rushed so a completely relaxed tour with as much time or as little as you wanted. On the short drive to Ephesus Lori explained the vast history of Ephesus & a little about Turkey itself. Lori is clearly an experienced Guide with her vast knowledge & is superb. We then went onto a local ‘farm/community where we had a delicious lunch -cold meze & shown how rugs/carpets are made by local women & of course we had the obligatory ‘rug sell’ but nothing is forced on you & we just embraced all of the wonderful experience drinking the delicious apple tea which I later bought back at the port. This was a fabulous experience so much so I’ll be doing it again in September with my husband when we return on our next cruise as he now wants to experience this fantastic place. Thank you very much Lori & your Driver for an amazing day. I look forward to hopefully seeing you again in September ❤️🇹🇷❤️
