TERRIBLE
We had a shockingly bad guide—Priscilla—during our tour to Chichen Itza. It felt like we were being subjected to an endless quiz. Her stories were long and boring, and held absolutely no interest for us. And the very thing we had come for—the temple—she didn't even take us to directly! She was truly the worst guide I have ever encountered!
Highly recommend!!
Our group of 7 had a private tour with Emmanuel and had an absolute blast. The ziplining was so cool going through the jungle. We were all nervous about the rappelling but they made it very easy and instructed us well. The Cenote was huge and gorgeous. Emmanuel was a wonderful host, not too talkative or pushy, and made sure we went at a good pace. Highly recommend!!
Very welcoming, very informative, the best day we had in Cancun.
I cannot advise everyone to go with this company, not only did they upgrade us for free, we had the best day, Ismael, Juan and Rod, they made our day perfect, we will certainly be going home in a high after today. They are very fairly priced, picked us up, dropped us off, we got food and tequila, and we was made to feel very comfortable and welcome, if you come to Cancun please use this company. Kelci and Alex from the United Kingdom.
Such a fun day with the best guide, Carlos!!
This is the most PERFECT excursion! We did the Coba, Zip Line and Cenote package. Our tour guide was Carlos Baez as he kindly greeted us at our hotel lobby. We then got into a clean, comfortable van to arrive at our first destination. On our drive over, we were offered snacks and drinks for the road. Upon arriving at Coba, Carlos was very knowledgeable on the area. He guided us through the ruins as he explained their origin. After Coba, we headed over to Balam Park where we did 2 zip lines through the jungle. These were properly secured and safe lines. Again, Carlos was awesome as he was lots of fun. He made our families trip. Seriously, the best tour guide ever! After zipling, we rappelled into the Balam Cenote. This was awesome and so thrilling to see. The water was beautiful as we got a tour from Carlos of the cenote. After our adventures, we ate a delicious taco lunch. It was a great homemade traditional lunch. Such a wonderful day!! I would recommend this tour to anyone seeking adventure. Carlos is wonderful!!! I can’t say enough great things about this experience!!!!!
