Great service & experience
We were very pleased with our first Gran Colombia Tours transfer from Baru to Cartegena Centro so we booked again for our transfer to CTG airport. The online booking process was simple and the whatsapp coordination very helpful and responsive. We had the same driver, Alejandro, for both trips: he was punctual, friendly, and very polite.

I wasn’t sure what to expect but couldn’t have asked for anything better! Jorge Luis connected with me via WhatsApp a few hours before arrival time. He waited while we went through migration. He explained how to find him. He warned us about all the people waiting outside who will say Uber Uber and trying to help with luggage - and then demand a tip (he wasn’t kidding! It was a bit hectic out there.). And he video called on WhatsApp when we were outside so we knew who he was and where to meet. The van was new and clean, and ride to the Airbnb was great. Jorge pointed out a few things along the way. He dropped us off in the perfect spot. An excellent start to the vacation!
