Culture and Art in the Candelaria

Bernardo was very knowledgeable and gracious. We saw so much beautiful art and learned the history of graffiti in the Candelaria. Was well worth the money and I recommend you take this tour. So much to see and learn. Also, coordination and meet up was easy and stress free. Fantastic tour!

A quick glimpse of Bogota

A good way to learn more about a city especially if you're on limited time is to do a tour. I could have picked any other, but I chose one that's not quite the usual. Gerardo was the perfect guide to tell you stories of how he (an immigrant himself) sees Bogota through the eyes of artists. It was a great way to see Bogota & scheme of ways to come back again one day!

Knowledgeable and Insightful guide for a real glimpse of the historic district in terms of art, history, and politics

The guide was very knowledgeable and answered so many questions about the area, its history, and the artist scene while sharing insights about culture and social movements. The guide was very adept at combining the Murals and History tours since there were only a few of us total. A very rich experience with our guide going the extra mile to make the visit worthwhile for us and to address questions. Very well organized so that we learned about fruits with a taste demonstration, stopped at the artist collective at the end. Overall, very worth doing to get a deep glimpse, albeit brief, of the historic district.
