- Tours operate rain or shine; dress appropriately for the weather conditions.

- Minimum numbers of 2 people apply for the public tour. If this minimum is not reached your tour will be rescheduled or cancelled and refunded in full.
- Minimum age is 12 years. Minors must be accompanied by an adult who must sign a Statement of Responsibility for children up to 17 years old upon arrival.
- The company does not allow:
- Individuals under the effect of alcohol or drugs ; Individuals that have been under surgery, recently
- Weight under 45kg (100 Lbs) and over 118kg (260 Lbs).
- Not recommended for participants with coordination problems or any other similar conditions.

2-hour guided tour Segway tour was perfect Our guide Taisa was, from the introduction to the end of the tour, always very concerned that we arrived safely at the sights and made the tour perfect for us with her calm manner. TIP TOP, would do it again anytime. Regards Jochen
Canceled with no communication
Company canceled our private Segway tour because they didn’t have a tour guide. We booked a few hours earlier even though it appears they didn’t have a guide at the time they were offering. They said they texted (not received). They said they called (no missed calls). They said they don’t leave voicemails.
Fun family Segway tour
Our family Segway tour with Igor was fantastic! It was great fun, and we learned so much along the way. Igor’s knowledge of Porto was outstanding, and his passion for the city was truly infectious. He made the tour engaging, informative, and enjoyable from start to finish. We would highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Porto!
