On this 2,5 hrs journey, you will be able to visit one of the most distinctive historical sites in history with a an actual archeologist as your guide. Pompeii is a city condensed with information of the ancient everyday life since it was encapsulated and buried in 79 BC by the eruption from the nearby volcano Vesuvius. The tour walks you through a selection of the main villas, such as: House of Menander, House of the Gladiators, House of Julie Felix, House of Loreius Tiburtinus, House of Sallust, House of the Tragic Poet, House of the Vettii Lupanar, Temple of Isis and the suburban baths. The itinerary is perfect for curious and inquiring minds that are looking to get the most out of their visit.
Pompeii's main road
Visit the House of the Menander and several other highlights.
An impressive villa in Pompeii, one of the largest properties of the city.
This house is known for well-preserved wall paintings, large gardens, carved marble sculptures and a garden-side triclinium.
Visit one of the oldest houses in Pompeii
Marvel in front of the mosaics and frescoes with scenes from the Greek mythology.
The Lupanar stands as the city's most famous ancient brothel. Often referred to as the Lupanare Grande, it holds the distinction of being the only "purpose-built" establishment of its kind in the Roman colony. Today, it remains a primary point of interest for visitors, largely due to the vivid and provocative frescoes that still adorn its walls.
The Roman temple dedicated to the Egyptian goddess Isis
You can still explore the intricate chambers of Pompeii’s baths, from the chilly frigidarium to the steaming caldarium. These ancient thermal suites remain beautifully preserved, complete with stunning frescoes and mosaic tilework.

Traveler reviews
Long day with so much to...
Long day with so much to see, but fascinating. You enjoy it more if you have done a little research before you go, and particularly for Pompeii, you have a small group guide, as the place is so large.
Pompeii
Found the tour very interesting and full of information I did not know. Tip of the day wear good shoes.
Great Pompeii tour with Annalisa
Our tour guide Annalisa was excellent, very knowledgeable. It was a pleasure spending time with her. Highly recommend!
A perfect day
Our guide was amazing and had so much knowledge and insight we wouldn’t Have gotten if we had a pre recorded tour. Also I am certain we would have been lost most of the time and she took us to spots we only would have seen from someone who has been there before with extensive knowledge of the grounds. It was a perfect day.
Such an interesting tour
Naty was a great guide. Very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. She talked to us about the key sites within Pompei and the very beautiful House of the Silver Wedding which was very quiet by comparison. We learned a lot and the tour really enhanced our visit
