Don't book with this company

We were late arriving at the meeting point due to protest marches in Belfast. Despite having prepaid the tour, the cab driver chose to leave (apparently) just as we arrived. WE WERE NOT A 'NO SHOW' that he reported. We had already paid for this tour & the driver's time, so the expectation was that we'd have a shortened tour. NOT NO TOUR AT ALL. Now they have refused to provide a partial refund for majority of the tour that the driver made himself unavailable.
