Amazing tour despite the weather.

If you are planning a trip to Belfast, booking this coastal tour is an absolute must and if you get Dave as your guide, consider yourself incredibly lucky! Dave was funny, interesting, deeply informative, and all-around amazing. He didn't just drive us around; he brought the history and spirit of Northern Ireland to life with incredible storytelling, balancing historical facts with local myths, legends, and folklore. The itinerary itself was flawless. Traveling the full coastal route offered absolutely stunning views at every single turn. We packed so many iconic stops into the day, including: Giant’s Causeway: Walking across the basalt columns was surreal. Historic Castles: Exploring both Carrickfergus Castle and the dramatic ruins of Dunluce Castle felt like stepping back in time. The King’s Road: Walking through the Dark Hedges (The King's Road) was a massive highlight, especially seeing the various filming locations along the way. Having a live tour guide who genuinely cares makes all the difference. The tour also provided discounted attractions, which was a fantastic perk. This company truly employs expert guides and drivers. Thank you, Dave, for making our trip so special. We will be recommending this to everyone we know. I’m not a game of thrones fan but my friend is, and despite this I really enjoyed this tour & would recommend this to anyone.

AMAZING!!!

Patrick Rogan was our exceptional guide on a private “Game of Thrones” tour. We made our booking through a third party, “Shore Excursions Group,” which was recommended by the person who had booked our British Isles Princess Cruise to ensure a timely return to our ship upon tour completion. Our tour with Patrick took place on May 2, 2026. The actual company running the tour is “CityToursBelfast.com” …should you wish to book a tour directly through them instead. All that being said, Patrick was a wonderful guide who made the day thoroughly enjoyable and memorable for us. Communication and connection throughout the day was immediately comfortable, fun, reliable, and knowledgeable. The vehicle driven was luxurious and spacious. Patrick was mindful of providing both a safe ride and overall experience. By the end of the day, we genuinely felt as though we forged a lasting friendship with him. The scenery was absolutely breathtaking, and not just the “Game of Thrones” locations we visited. Everywhere we went, we were awestruck by the beauty of Belfast and the surrounding areas. We hope to return to Belfast in the future… largely because of our introduction to the magic and majesty of Belfast and the “adventures” provided by such an informative and professional guide. Thank you again, Patrick!

A braw day out

Our guide Mark was fantastic. Very funny, but also very knowledgeable. I did the same tour in 2019 and is has changed, I do feel you're visiting less GOT related places now but it was still very enjoyable.

A Memorable Trip Thanks to Troy

We had a wonderful trip from Belfast to the Giant’s Causeway today! Even though it was quite cold, we enjoyed every moment. A big thank you to our Troy. He made the whole experience so fun and memorable. We will never forget him pointing out his “grandma” waving from a window… only for us to later realize it was actually a poster! 🤣 Such a great day overall. Highly recommended!
