Wake up early for an exciting full-day adventure on a spacious tour bus from Tel Aviv, heading towards the breathtaking south of Israel. After crossing the Israeli-Jordanian border, you'll embark on a 2.5-hour drive through a unique landscape to the lost Nabatean city of Petra
Petra is known as one of the 7 New Wonders of the World. Carved into the surrounding red cliffs over 2,300 years ago, many of its impressive temples remain pristine and untouched. Discover the mysterious Djinn Blocks, designed to hold spirits and grant wishes by touching the stone. Take breathtaking photos of the Obelisk Tomb, then follow the colorful, Siq gorge to the Petra Treasury. Here, marvel at the stunning, towering columns and intricate decorations that will leave you in awe. Explore the Royal Tombs and Petra Theater, and discover the shrines, mausoleums, and remnants of a lost civilization.
After 3-4 hours in Petra, you can sit back and relax on the drive back to the drop-off point in Tel Aviv, concluding a memorable and unforgettable day.

Traveler reviews
Thank you, Kareem!
This trip involved a lot of bus time, but it’s absolutely worth it. Our guide Kareem did everything possible to make sure we enjoyed the day. He was witty, and very kind. He gave us some history lessons about Jordan, Petra, and the Wadi Rum as well as information regarding modern life in Jordan. You get to see lots of countryside, rolling hills, mountains, small villages, and even larger towns like Aqaba all from the bus, so I really felt like I paid for a full-day Jordan experience with Petra included. Lunch was delicious. The bus drivers made frequent stops for the bathroom, and grabbing a coffee or snack, even souvenirs. Some free snacks were sprinkled in throughout the day. Overall it was just so nice. Learned so much and can’t wait to return to this beautiful country 🇯🇴
Petra great… your poor
Petra was of course great and would give 5 stars for it. But the tour experience was bad and finished worse. Main complaint was until we got to Jordan literally no one spoke to us or told us what was happening. It was impossible to relax the first 8 hours because we changed bus eventually 3 times. Only when we got the guide in Jordan did things improve substantially. On the way back again from the Israeli border no information was given. We got on bus but then we got lost. It took us from 7:30pm from security until 4am to reach the drop off point in tel aviv. At no point did the driver tell us what was happening. We had to show passports at a control point. The drive was terrible we kept braking hard and a couple of near misses with other vehicles. No apology, no expected time to arrive and no reason for the delay. Whenever we stopped on Israeli side we just stopped… never told how long we stop for or if we had time to eat or drink. The whole experience from the Jordanian border was perfect though. Informative and super friendly.
