- Parque Warner reserves the right to organise, schedule, limit and close the public's access to its different areas and services
- Park opening times vary according to the season. The bus to and from the park will always run on the established timetable, regardless of the park's opening hours.

Traveler reviews
My fun trip to Madrid and how it went in the park warner
Very cute and fun only it gets so crowded that to take the attractions you have to line up a lot and it is tired.
Nice experience
All excellent, the bus is very comfortable, the only detail was that the bus arrived 15min late (approx) to pick us up in the park for the return.
Warner Park Day
Warner Park in San Martin de la Vega is very enjoyable and fun for the whole family. You can take a lot of pictures with different characters. There are attractions for all ages and emotions from quiet for children to large roller coasters and water attractions for the elderly. The con of this type of park that do not let in food or drink and the different establishments are expensive as in any park of these characteristics. I advise to wear good sun protection and caps in summer because it is very hot and there are not many shades.
Easy and safe to Visit the park
Very easy and safe to access the park and return after a long active day. At the end we were happy but super tired off all the amazing activities, and we loved having a comfortable bus to take us back

I purchased my tour for 3 people via Expedia on June 8, 2024. My oldest daughter purchased her tour separately. Our tour was set at 11:30am on June 20th. We arrived at the Julia Travel office in Madrid around 11:10am. My tour was for myself, my 12 year old and my 4 year old. My oldest daughter had no problem checking in. Our booking reservation wasn't immediately available at the office for check-in. After a few minutes of trouble shooting, they rectified the situation and we were set. The big group of 20 plus people were walked over to our tour's coach bus by staff and were given our return instructions (what time the bus was leaving the park, which was 7pm). My family of 4 left the park early at 6:15pm to be on time for the bus. There were 3 areas for the coach buses to park. We first walked to the drop-off area. We walked around the different buses and couldn't find the same bus that dropped us off, a Julia Travel sign in a bus window nor the same driver. We then took out the boarding pass that was given to us and proceeded to walk around the 3 areas asking all the drivers that were present if they were driving the Julia Travel passengers. All of the drivers that were there said no. By this time, the other passengers that we recognized in our group began arriving in the drop-off location. We all started frantically walking to all of the buses, calling the office and trying to find the driver. I sent a distress email to the office to no avail. After not finding the driver, a group of 17 continued to wait in the drop-off area to see if we could identify the driver as some coach buses cleared out of the lots. Once it hit 7:45pm, we began planning how to get back to the city. Luckily, I knew that there was a bus that you would take you to the train station that goes back to Madrid, so the group headed to the bus stop. Most of us that had euro coins were able to get on the first city bus that arrived 10 minutes later. Overall, My experience was not a pleasant experience and it was very disappointing. Especially since I was a mother traveling with her 3 children, which my 4 year old is Autistic and these type of situations are hard on her let alone on us. I would not recommend this tour.
