- Places of worship have strict dress code requirements for entry. All participants are required to have shoulders and knees covered (no tank tops or short dresses) to enter
- Notre-Dame is an active place of worship and may occasionally close without prior notice for liturgical services. In such cases, your guide will adapt the itinerary to include an exterior visit of the cathedral and an interior visit of Saint-Séverin Church. Please note that no compensation will be provided under these circumstances.

Ruth was a very friendly guide. She was prompt to our meeting spot and began on time. She was extremely knowledgeable about Ile de la Cite and Notre Dame. She made sure to take time to explain information slowly so we could comprehend everything. She allowed us ample time to look at, study and photograph the things we were seeing on the tour.
