Good provider + personnel = enjoyable carefree tour

The best organized part of my tour. The provider was very efficient in all aspects of the tour: pre-planned mailed itinerary, airport pickup, hotel stays, transportation, bilingual guides, meals when offered; this provider gets an 11 out of 10. The sites visited combined with the knowledge of the English-speaking tour guides (Johan and Ana, two thumbs up) made the visits enjoyable and educational.
