Pass by: • 7.30 – 8.00: Pick up guests in Hotel from Hanoi Old Quarter • 10.10: Arrive at Hoa Lu ancient capital • 10.20: Visit the King Dinh temple • 11.00: Discover Am Tien Cave and enjoy amazing panoramic lake view at Tuyet Tinh Coc • 11.50: Have a buffet lunch at a local restaurant. • 13.10: Enjoy three hours sampan boat trip in Trang An landscape and pass through majestic caves • 16.30: Leave Trang An for Hanoi. • 19:00: The tour ends in Hanoi
Hoa lu is the first ancient capital of Vietnam in 10th and 11 century. At there, you visit 2 king temples. They were built in 17 century.
It is amazing green lake that is surrounded by limousine mountains. You can walk around the lake and climb 200 steps up to the ancient pagoda and see overview of the area.
Have a sampan boat trip for almost 3 hours on the river that is rowed to go pass Emerald water caves by locals. There are also some stop on the half way to hang out and take photos.

Ok. Not fantastic
First take these 5 star reviews with a grain of salt. They really pressure you to give a 5 star review in the car on the way back and it’s awkward to refuse. Tour was fine but nothing special.
Well arranged and Huen guide was best
Amazing trip Guide Huen was excellent very helpful and informative He kept the time perfect Driver Sang was very good and kind Guide Huen helped Madhavi to climb the steps and was with her taking all care I recommend him by 5/5 marks

Amazing trip, great experience and Vu was an excellent and really knowledgable guide. The food was amazing and there were plenty of opportunities for photos/bathroom breaks with clean facilities

Impressive excursion
A great tour with lots of insights and breathtaking scenery. We were picked up from our Airbnb in the morning and then took a 2-hour shuttle ride to Ninh Binh. We left very early to avoid the heat and traffic jams. Our guide Brian was very attentive, friendly and answered all of our questions. The hike, the boat tour and the ride on the mopeds were very impressive for us. We would take part again and do a tour with Brian at any time. Thanks again!
