7.30 – 8.00: Pick up guests in hotels from Hanoi Old Quarter 10:10: Arrive at Hoa Lu ancient capital 10:20: Visit the King Dinh temple 11:20: Visit Mua Cave enjoy the breathtaking panoramic view of mountains and river. 12:30: Enjoy a set menu lunch at a local bungalow. 13:30: Enjoy a sampan boat trip in Tam Coc 15:15: Cycling around the mountainous area 16:00: Swim and enjoy a sunset tea break 16:45: Get on bus to go back Hanoi 19:00: The tour ends in Hanoi

It is worth it
Real Vietnamese experience. No swimming or sunset party during my tour, but I loved anyway. Bike, boat, hiking, genuine dishes, for me it was more than satisfying

Thanks very much to Peter and our driver for making this one of the highlights of our trip. It was just the three of us, so very intimate which I enjoy compared to the larger tours. Prompt pickup, scenic drives accompanied by bouts of history and fun facts that provided context for our Ninh Binh tour and time in Vietnam. Well paced, food was delicious, and the homestay with pool, family, and their cats was a great chill end before our departure back to Hanoi. Each leg was well planned.
