Total disappointment, they don't deliver what they offer
They are selling a pig in a poke; on the website, they offered us a tour to Niagara Falls with transportation included, and it turns out that on the day of the tour we went to the indicated address and there was no transportation. The amount they charged us only covered the boat, and we had to get there on our own. A total disappointment; we are requesting a refund of our money for false advertising, be careful.

Day trip to Niagara Falls
Jackson and Anderson were our drivers. Both were very friendly, answered all our questions, both very accommodating, very relaxed without any stress we experienced the day trip. We were picked up at our hotel on time, which was great at 04:00 in the morning. A recommended day trip!

This option does not include the full-day roundtrip tour from/to New York City. The confirmation voucher, along with detailed ticket redemption instructions, will be issued by our staff within 24 hours prior to your selected travel date. Guests are kindly advised to check their registered email address or platform message inbox one day before departure to ensure timely receipt of all necessary information.
No 1-day tour itinerary, roundtrip transportation, or driver/guide services are provided with the “Maid of the Mist Boat Ride Only” ticket option.
For 1-Day Tour Customers, you must contact the tour operator at least 3 days prior to the departure date to provide the pick-up location. If no information is received by the deadline, the default pick-up location and time will be automatically assigned: 04:00am at Manhattan: Red Lobster, Times Square-5 Times Sq #5, New York, NY 10036
