- Please note: The Maid of the Mist boat cruise operates seasonally, usually between end of May and October (exact dates are subject to ice conditions) and is replaced in the off-season, depending on accessibility, by views from other observation points such as Gorge walk, Terrapin Point or others (access is subject to ice and weather conditions).The day’s itinerary is subject to traffic conditions and may be modified due to time constraints. When necessary in the spring and summer, ponchos are provided (you may get a little wet!).
- Guide will explain in both languages English & Spanish
- New York State law requires that all children be restrained in an appropriate child restraint system while riding in a motor vehicle until they are 8 years old. Starting November 1, 2019, all children under 8 years old must ride in a rear-facing car seat.
- If you prefer to enjoy your tour without Maid of the Mist boat, you can complete your experience by choosing our interactive audioguide, available in English, Spanish and Chinese
- In case you choose the option with audioguide, you will receive the instructions to download it before the day of your tour.
- Bus drivers are not required to provide seats for children under 8 and the activity provider will not be responsible if you are unable to access the bus. To ensure that your child has a seat, you must bring your own, or inform the activity provider well in advance
- Departure is at 4:00am from Times Square in New York City. Travel time to Niagara Falls is approximately 7-8 hrs, with a stop for rest. Arrival time at Niagara Falls is around 11:00am. If you have chosen the option that includes Maid of the Mist, available only from May to October, you will enjoy a boat ride to the falls aboard the Maid of the Mist. After admiring the Falls up close, you will have free time to have lunch on your own, before beginning the journey back to New York, where, after 7-8 hrs of travel, arrival is estimated between 11:00pm and midnight.
- Guests under the age of 18 may not be admitted at check-in unless accompanied by an adult.

Very good experience, it is a must do place to visit, it is bHermosa, beautiful views, the tour takes all day, about 20 hours round trip from downtown Manhattan, Arturo the tour guy is very good and knowledgeable about the place, one's when you are in the park/area the tours it goes kinda of fast do to the time you need to get back to Manhattan, it is about5 hours in the NiagaraFalls/// Muy buena experiencia, es un lugar que se tiene que visitar, vistas hermosas, el tour toma aprox, 20 horas del centro de Manhattan, el guia Arturo es muy bueno y atento, conoce bien el lugar, el tour es muy rapido debido a que se tiene que regresar a Manhattan, son aprox 4 horas alrededor de las Cataratas.

Very Good Experience and Excellent Group Management Niagara Falls Tour
My recent tour of Niagara Falls was a very positive experience, largely due to our guide, Dani. From the start, he demonstrated a deep knowledge of the area, sharing engaging historical context about the Falls. Beyond his expertise, our guide excelled at group management. He was patient, meticulous about accounting for every guest, and maintained a tight schedule. At one point, when two tour participants were significantly delayed returning to the coach, he handled the situation with great professionalism and poise. He kept the rest of the group comfortable and informed throughout the delay. I would recommend this tour to anyone visiting Niagara Falls.
