It was great even though I thought it would be hands on. The instructor was funny and engaging. Food was good as well.

Hands down best experience!

We had such a fantastic experience with Eric at the New Orleans School of Cooking! He guided us through making gumbo, jambalaya, and pralines, and every part of the class was fun, engaging, and delicious. Eric was enthusiastic, charismatic, and incredibly talented — you could tell he genuinely loves what he does, and that energy made the experience even better. He explained everything clearly, kept everyone entertained, and shared great stories and tips along the way. The food turned out amazing, and we left feeling full, happy, and inspired to try these recipes again at home. Highly recommend this class, especially if you get Eric as your instructor!

Eric was awesome-great food

Eric was very entertaining and the food he created was amazing. There was plenty of food for a meal. The free beer was a bonus. There were a lot of people crammed into a small room for the observation and eating, but it was worth every penny. A must

Cooking demonstration

The cooking demonstration that we took today was fantastic. Michael the chef was great!!! He was knowledgeable and entertaining! We learned a lot about the difference in cajun and creole cooking , and had some wonderful food. I would encourage any that loves food and cooking to book this activity.
