Some peace and quiet above the madness
We really enjoyed heading up on the fenicular with our guide Sara, who was great, and seeing a gentler side of Naples. Also seeing a bit of the Spanish quarter and its quirky, narrow old streets on the way down. Lots of steps but all down the way.

I had only been in the city a couple hours. This was a great start to get a view, some background and even dinner suggestions from Alexandra. Enjoyed this group. Funicular ride and walk down. Winding through interesting neighborhoods.
Vomero and Spanish Quarters Tour
A walk in Vomero, with beautiful views of the gulf and the city of Naples and then inside the Spanish Quarters accompanied by the excellent guide Miriam.
Perfect view of Naples and Naples Bay
We had 8 people on our tour. Sarah our guide was very knowledgeable with a good sense of humour. The walking was easy and the view from the mountain was spectacular. The 2 hours passed quickly. It's a good way to get your bearings of the City. Naples is a crazy busy City so it was difficult to hear some of the info when we were at sea level.
