Not the best

Unsympathetic bus assistant border-lining Rude. Did not make announcements during the trip and didn’t offer earphones. Scanning the audio, there was one in Italian and another one in a strange language. No English!!!

Good day on the bus, staff were very good too

We really enjoyed our experience today. We came out of Milan Central train station and the bus was just across the road. We had 3 young kids with us who enjoyed riding on top of the busses. We changed busses to see orher parts of the city and it was a real good day. Only negative was my sciatic nerves in my ass got sore sitting for so long but we could have got off any time but it was a good day. Staff were excellent too, polite and best of any hop on hop off bus ive encountered yet

Poor event

The voice tour was on a recording and we were blocks away from the event that was explained. Few buildings explained on the tour.

Bad experience..wasted money

Was so disappointing. Did 2 different routes and neither had voice commentary. We had walked many sites before, took the bus to get explanations and did not get any. Even yelled to lower level that we had no commentary. City metro would have been better. Wasted 50 euros
