Traveler reviews
Good guides. Poor planning.
Dylan and Kelsey were amazing guides and very informative of the process and the area. They were very personable and easily approachable. I give the 3/5 because there was confusion about the times. According to the guides, we were late coming in from the TiKi boat which cut into our tour time. There definitely was not time to complete the tours described in the booking due to our tardiness. For raccoon island, we were granted about 30 minutes even with skipping the other two tours described. We felt we had to run around the island to attempt to see most sights. The trip advisor booking says the tour was from 12-3, however SoFlo had sent directions saying the time was from 1-4. We were instructed to arrive back from raccoon island by 3pm for the next group even though we got into kayaks around 1:30. It’s hard to determine where the discrepancy was, but it was generally disappointing based on feeling rushed. We felt we spent more time standing and waiting than actually touring. Additionally, the Tiki Boat had dropped two people off on a separate island that were not part of the tour group, which most likely prompted the squeezed schedule along with the 3pm tour group’s overlap with our 4pm end time.
The tour was amazing!
Dylan and Kelsey did a fantastic job! They manage a lot of things gracefully!! Great information about the area and fun personalities.

Great wildlife activity!
It was AMAZING. Saw racoons, cool crabs, lots of fishes. Tony was a great guide and very knowledgeable about the wildlife. Tip for people: racoons are THIRSTY. Sometimes they want water instead of snacks/fruits. Overall, amazing experience.
