Itinerary
I’ll give you a brief introduction on the basics of paddle boarding and kayaking before we head out onto the water to explore a lush mangrove jungle. As we wind our way through narrow canals, we’ll be on the lookout for all different types of wildlife including; manatees, iguanas, birds, crabs, fish, raccoons even possibly dolphins. We’ll explore the natural wonders of the area for a little while before stopping to relax, swim and enjoy a delicious fresh fruit snack and drinks . Including; watermelon, cantaloupe, banana. Drinks included and totally free all you can drink; soda, juice, gatorade and water.

Know before you book
- Tours operate in all weather conditions; cancellations are rare.
- No prior kayaking or SUP experience is necessary; beginners are welcome.
- Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.

- Bring a waterproof bag for personal belongings.
- Apply waterproof sunscreen before the tour.

Good to know
- There is no bathroom available during the tour as we will be on a kayak/SUP. Bathrooms are available before and after tour.
- The tour will go ahead whether or not there is rain, you will be notified if the tour is actually canceled by the time the tour begins.
- There is plenty of parking at the Marina, both free sections and metered city parking depending on what is open at time of arrival

Fantastic time!
My boyfriend and I went on the nature & island exploration to raccoon island and it was the best excursion we’ve done so far in Miami. It started off with a pleasant boat ride out to the islands where we saw a couple landmarks along the way, and then a super lovely guided kayaking trip through the mangroves of an island by Sandspur. After that we were given time to swim, scuba, and of course, see the raccoons! Our guides Mira and Kelsey were great, they told us tons of fun facts about the area and provided various drinks & some fruit.
Kayaking and Racoon island
It was so fun! Thankyou to the Captain , Kelsey and Myra. Racoon island was my favorite part. A tip for those going is they’re inside of the mangroves so look closely near the base of the trees
