Everything was great...
Everything was great except the pick up time going back the driver did not pick up us to the meeting place and NO English
Full Day Tour
For the price it is worth it. This is a combo package bus tour and boat tour for the last couple of hours. This is pretty much an “all day” tour. If you are driving to the office try to find parking in a municipal parking ares. Even if you have to catch a ride share to the office. Parking in private parking lots in the area is very expensive. If you have never been to the Miami are this is a good tour. Our guide was very knowledgeable. They are very time oriented if they time you to be back at a certain time do it. Highly recommended tour.
Miami Vibes
Overall a well planned tour. However, a bit chaotic around Little Havana, due to crowding. Boat tour was good and the option of 2:30, 4:30 or 6:30pm bus back to Miami Beach is a great flexible tool.
I do not recommend this tour
We were deciding between this tour and The Big Bus Tour and I WISH we would have gone with the other. It is a bit more expensive and in this case, I think we got what we paid for. The tour started 1.5 late. The guide said it was because of closed streets during the World Cup, but that communication came from our inquiries, not them. Then, unfortunately, as it was supposed to be a live tour, the speakers did not work well, so the people in the back could not hear a thing. I moved to the front to hear and the information shared was minimal, it wasn’t interactive, he read his line and kept it moving. Without the feedback, I think you’ll get better experience with a recording. The boat ride was better than the bus portion, but it was on a pirate boat, so beware you are not getting the ferry boats you see on the internet. Next time, I’ll pay the extra for a better experience.
Could be better
No a c. On bus No restrooms on bus. No restrooms in the main building. Check n need to be on an iPad instead of paper. Boat was old worn, needs to remodeled. The staff beg way too much. If I wanted to sit on bottom of bus, very uncomfortable heat.
