Just got robbed
Book a tour to Everglades on April 28, however when I reached the checkin they mentioned the park was on fire and rescheduled to next day. On April 29 I went again there and the park still on fire, so I requested the refund, they refused and said that it was not available, only a ticket that does not expire. I feel I got robbed and there’s nothing that I can do.
Don't go in wet season
Great fun if a little loud. Don't go in wet season you won't see anything. It's just an air boat ride.
Amazing park, but tours company can improve
The time in the park was great! Guides there are awesome. Super friendly and knowledgeable. The place is worth the visit as you'll encounter many wild animals and the show is quite fun. The only thing I didn't like is that the tours office was dirty and it didn't have a toilet or internet. We arrived earlier and they were not flexible enough to keep our bags for a moment and check us in, so we had to carry them for one hour more. But the Indian coworker she was friendly and kept an eye on our staff while we looked for a toilet. The bus driver was nice but I didn't like I felt he pushed us to give a tip, something that is not a common practice in our country.
The driver had us wait...
The driver had us wait for like 20 min in the van before we left and then he turned around and came back because people arrived late that was a little annoying the airbout tour was awesome tho
Airboat
It was confusion from the time we met at the meeting place. No one knew what was going on and the people checking you in, were very rude. We were given no directions, just, next. The bus driver was also very rude. Our guide on the airboat was amazing though. Everyone wanted a tip to include the man that did a ten minutes show about alligators. There was even a sign in the bus that said, everyone needed to tip, 5 bucks minimum per person. Very off putting and I always tip people.
