Best Excursion We Have Experienced

We are so glad we went on this adventure. We have been on many cruises and done lots of excursions, and this was hands down our favorite. Not only was the surrounding landscape beautiful and peaceful, but we learned so much about the area and the glacier. Joe and Brady are the absolute best guides. These guys know what they’re doing. I was a little nervous about the canoe, having never done anything like it before, but it became immediately clear that we were in good hands. Not once did I feel unsafe. It was actually the exact opposite. Despite the physicality of rowing and hiking, I felt calm and peaceful out on the water. The views are breathtaking. If you’re considering booking this, don’t hesitate! We wish we could stay and go again. Brady and Joe, thank you for such a memorable experience with our family. :)

Paddling Mendenhall Glacier

We had an amazing day learning about Juneau and the glacier on this well orchestrated and expertly coordinated experience. The canoeing was adventurous and fun and the hike to the glacier was extremely memorable because we were able to get to close. Our guides, Hannah and Corland were so very passionate and knowledgeable about Juneau, Alaska and the environment within which they guide. Their jokes kept us entertained but their knowledge was most impressive. I would thoroughly recommend this experience especially with Hannah and Corland.

Special experience at the glacier

Wonderful experience canoeing and hiking with Brady and Tor. We got as close as we could to the Mendenhall glacier, learned great facts about wildlife, and even saw a rainbow. Thanks for a great experience, and hi to Tor’s mom! :)
