Don’t ever book this tour. There are many other available tours
The tour guide was extremely rude and the tour manager is unwilling to help. We had 6 people in the group and 3 of us were 15 mins late. Although we were late, we still made it before the van leave. The tour guide took my bags down from the van. I told him to bring the bags back to the car cause all of us have arrived. He then threw my bags to the floor and said we can’t be allowed on the van. Then I told him to refund my money cause we all are here before the van leave and he is the one who refused to take us for no reason. He then started cussing me off using f word. I have been to so many tour with Viator and this is the first company who treated us like that. I am stilling talking to viator to refund my money. If I don’t get my money back I will be claiming through my credit card and viator also gonna lose me as customer. This kind of tour company shouldn’t be on viator because they have such terrible and rude tour guide and unwilling to help manager.

Beautiful discovery of the Delta by land and sea!
The tour was very well explained, the weather perfect, the explanations beforehand of the places visited were clear and interesting. We had some time in a group and then free time, which was pleasant but at the same time lacking in anecdotes and history once on site. A slightly less touristy and more authentic tour with a guided explanation during the walks would have been welcome!
