DO NOT BOOK THIS - I wish I read reviews. This is a glorified public bus. They make you wait 45+ mins and charge double the price of an uber. I reached out and asked for a refund and they said this is normal. It was the worst start to my vacation there is NO reason anyone should ever use this service or Viator for that matter. I am horrified by this and unsure how they are in business with their lack of customer service

The company phoned me the day before to check in. I received text message updates as well. Our driver was at the airport waiting for us. Wesley greeted us and took care of our suitcases. He was so cheerful and personable.
