Van overheating
Very nice. Lady picked us up right on time at the hotel for our ride to the airport but she said the engine was smoking and overheating. We had to call an Uber. Very stressful travel experience

We took the shuttle from our hotel to the airport. Our driver, Bronson 🤞🏻, was Awesome. He gave us great suggestions on Maui and Kauai. Extremely friendly and excellent foody information. Thank you!!!

Prompt, courteous, and reasonably priced shuttle service. Considering the swing in Rideshare App prices, this beat even the low end of prices I had seen. I would recommend.
Drivers amazing. Customer service terrible.
Our drivers were great. Super friendly! The customer service was awful. Our flight time was changed the day before the flight and we could not change the ride. The lady who answered the phone told us she couldn’t change it, we had to call “scheduling” but would not give us a number to call. She then told us to call the airline. I spoke to our concierge, he called and there was no answer. When we called the morning of the ride, we were told it was too late!!
