Traveler reviews
Interesting activity
This is a very long day. You are picked up 615am from your hotel and taken to the pier. This took at least an hour. Our driver had water and breakfast bars for those who wanted them. Once at the pier you are given your tickets then you get on the ferry and after about a 40 minute ride you are at the island. On the island if you choose to do the Bus tour, you are taken to your bus operator. Tom was very knowledgeable and it was a great experience. However, sitting on the seats was not comfortable for three hours. I did like the tour however I did wish we could make more stops for more photo opportunities.
Great tour with lots of History
It was an excellent tour very glad I got to go. Thanks very much for rescheduling our trip.
Fun and Informative
Johnny Boston (real name or a joke?) was our driver to and from Martha’s Vineyard. No complaints on his driving. He provided information which was peppered with his amusing commentary. He has a great sense of humor and made the drive go quickly. Our driver around Martha’s Vineyard was Tom. As a lifelong resident he was very informative and shared many stories. We enjoyed his accent and experiences. A long day but well worth it!
Would not recommend!
This tour was very disappointing to say the least. Extremely long and boring tour. 90% of the people on the tour bus expressed extreme displeasure with the tour. Lost a valuable item during the tour and reached out to the tour operator to please search the bus; never heard back from them.
The trip to Martha’s...
The trip to Martha’s Vineyard was fun and entertaining with Johnnie Boston providing humor along the way. He was prompt and explained a lot on the drive over. Skip the island excursion. Not enough time in the towns with the most to offer, especially Edgartown, and too much time near the ferry which is a tourist trap!
