- Maligne Lake is located one hour from the Jasper townsite. Plan to arrive early for parking and check-in, and be ready to board 15 minutes before your departure time. During the summer season, traffic and parking can take longer than expected.
- Maligne Lake is a remote location with limited cell service and no Wi-Fi — we recommend downloading your e-tickets in advance.
- Missed cruises are non-refundable, and cruise times may vary slightly due to operating conditions.
- Check in at the tour boat docks and follow on-site signage to your departure area.
- Seating is unassigned and available on a first-come, first-served basis, with great views from every seat.
- Note that cruises can run up to 15 minutes longer than scheduled to comply with Transport Canada wake regulations.

Absolutely loved this experience. So beautiful and they take you to sights you cannot see by car or shuttle bus. We also had the very best captain and guide, Asher and Michael were phenomenal! They were skilled, funny and knowledgeable.

Fun and Beautiful
Captain KY and the sweetest girl giving the tour. I forgot her name. They were the best. Also supper funny. Had a great time!!!
Expensive but worth every penny
It made our day. Well worth the money and we were told so much about the local area and the history on our way to the sacred Spirit Island. Nelson and Mitchell were fantastic and so knowledgeable about everything. Gorgeous day. And we saw a Mama Moose and Baby Moose cooling off. Expensive but worth it.
Maligne Lake Cruise
Spectacular scenery and a long winded guide. Iw would have been nice if the guide did less talking and let us enjoy the beautiful scenery. He pretty much talked the entire time except for our time on land photographing Spirit Island.
