The ice tour itself is...
The ice tour itself is fantastic. Keep in mind the vehicle is small and you need to be nimble to get in and out. The center where you meet and get your transfer to the icefield is an absolute crap show. Busy, crowded, unorganized. Pack your patience.

A great day! We took the Ice Odyssey tour with Riley, the driver/guide and Gracie the tour guide both were outstanding

My husband & I just back from Banff and we did the Ice Odyssey @ Columbia Icefield and it was the absolute best experience. We had the best guides, Archie & Ava that gave us all of the highlights of the glacier. They were extremely informative & a lot of fun to do the tour with. Our group was just as good! We all decided to do a glacier facial & we all ducked our heads into the glacier running water (that was melting down the glacier) & it was so refreshing & it was great because our entire group did it & it was a great bonding experience & we all were just enjoying the beauty around us & laughing together. A+ tour that is a MUST!!!

Gracie and Toni were excellent tour guides! It was an amazing experience being able to walk on the glacier. The vehicle was fun to ride in. Gracie and Toni gave a demonstration on uses of various ice picks and mountaineering on ice. There was 8 people in total. This was worth every penny!
