Traveler reviews
Poor experience
One of the worst bus tours I have had and I have done a few. Disorganised and disjointed. A lot of the routes have limited interchanges and they get really busy. We managed to do all three eventually but it took some perseverance . They have an app which is very glitchy but it does roughly explain how far the bus is away. The bus stops were difficult to find and the commentary was a bit boring. Better options available I think. It was too expensive as well.
Shameful company.
The experience was horrible. My partner and I paid over 60 euros for 2 tickets and we could only do one route since the next day there was a marathon in downtown Madrid and the buses changed their stops, and no one informed us. We spent the whole morning running after the buses to ask where we could catch it, and no one explained anything to us. The company refuses to issue a refund. Embarrassing.
Madrid by bus
A great way to see the city and the audio is very good at giving good details and history. Unfortunately it was a very cold, damp day so we couldn’t set up on top so weren’t able to take pictures.
Rubbish - don’t bother
Absolutely appalling. Not enough buses, waited nearly one hour for a bus. The app is inaccurate, staff clueless. Use another provider, they seem to have plenty of buses
Great experience on the...
Great experience on the Hop On Hop Off. Booking through Viator, was excellent again. Madrid is a beautiful city. So much to see.
