Syvie was amazing! Couldn’t have envisioned a more knowledgeable and amiable guide. We did the all day tour - which was incredibly challenging in the record breaking heat - and she was our guide throughout. The tour was informative and enjoyable and I’m glad we did it. I’m also glad we spent the money for ‘skip the line.’ When you walk past a hundred plus people waiting to get in to the area to wait to get in, you know it was worth it. My only caution to anyone reading this is that given the crowds and the physical rigor required of this tour, heed the alerts you seen when booking about this trip not being recommended for those with wheelchairs or mobility issues. We had a more senior couple in our group who struggled throughout the tour because of various physical issues, and although we’d wait for everyone to catch up, and our guide was patient and gracious, the tour covers a lot of ground, both literally and figuratively, and it was clearly hard on them keeping up.

Cristal made the tour as comfortable as she can. She was very knowledgeable and also interactive by also asking our opinions. Although the museaum was huge, we were able to see the most amazing arts and pieces. As expected there was a lot of people but the experience was still fun and amazing. I'd recommend this experience.
