  • Mobile and printed paper vouchers are both accepted on this tour and can be accepted at any of the stops along the routes. Vouchers can be used any day within 12 months of travel date selected at check-out
  • 24-hour ticket includes a one-way cruise between Westminster Pier and Tower Pier. You can start the cruise from either pier. Departs every 40 minutes. Duration: 35 mins approx. First departure (both piers): 10am. Last departure (from Tower pier): 6:55pm. Last departure (from Westminster): 7:20pm. You will be given your cruise ticket when you redeem your voucher on the bus

Excellent Service!!

This was an amazing experience! I was assisted by the lovely Kiran, whose service was truly 10/10. She explained everything clearly, highlighted all the key attractions, and made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Had to cancel and was able to .....

The first day of our 2 day booking was the day of the marathon, and this was the only hop on hop off that DID NOT operate! Cancelled and got a refund.

I Thought I made a Big Mistake

Be watchful booking it in the app. I was trying to book a one day before we arrived in London and ended up booking it on the same day. Myself and my group were not in London and it was paid for already. I almost panicked. I tried to cancel it in the app, but I couldn’t because it would have had to have been 24 hours before. I chatted with one worker and said there was nothing I could do about canceling the tour. I didn’t accept this. I tried another person and she was totally opposite. She tried herself for a while, then she told me she was going to try to reach someone. When she started chatting again, she said sent a message but that I should still try to reach someone. She gave me the phone number, I called and Sivam picked up. He told me no worries because the tickets are good for a year. I was very relieved that I hadn’t just lost $175.00. I’m thankful for the 2nd agent. I think her name was Janine C. And I am thankful for Sivam. We are looking forward to our tour when we get to London. By the way, what Sivam told me is printed on the ticket. I think the app should have been a little easier to navigate through. When I picked the one day tour, I looking for a calendar so I could pick the day. This is why I rated it 3 stars. I give 5 stars to the customer service tech that I chatted with that gave me Sivam’s number (City tours number) and that he relieved my doubts.

Had an unusually sunny...

Had an unusually sunny day for our bus tour. We opted for the ‘non’ hop on and off version, just to get a lay of the city and make plans for future walks. The accompanying audio guide was great.
