  • 24-hour ticket includes a one-way cruise between Westminster Pier and Tower Pier. You can start the cruise from either pier. Departs every 40 minutes. Duration: 35 mins approx.   • Stop 12 Horseferry Road will be suspended Monday - Friday until further notice due to extensive traffic conditions around the Lambeth Bridge area. The stop will continue to be served on Saturdays and Sundays only. The nearest alternative boarding point is Stop 10 Westminster Pier (next to Big Ben)
  • Stop 17 Grosvenor Gardens (Red Route) is temporarily closed until further notice. Customers should use Stop 16 Buckingham Palace Road instead, located directly outside Victoria Station

1 hour 30 min wait for a bus

Paid £70 for 2 tickets. Waited over an hour and a half for a bus and gave up in the end. Other sightseeing buses are much more regular. They come every 20 to 30 mins.

Worst experience with HoHo bus ever!

The City Sightseeing bus was the worst hop on, hop off bus tour I have ever gone on. I have traveled extensively and always used the Big Bus HoHo. I waited at the scheduled pick up bus stop for over one hour and it never showed up so I moved to another stop and waited another 30 min. After waiting for 1 1/2 hr it finally showed up. Due to the London traffic we got off an hour later and walked the rest of the way. There were at least 4 Big Buses for every one City Sightseeing buses. I would never recommend using this company for London.
