Too expensive for past experience

The experience was not good for us. First the meeting point indicated in the confirmation email was not correct....! So we missed our bus. After some research we finally found the place to board. We were oriented in a bus that was already full at the upper platform... We had to stay downstairs, inside, with very limited view. After complaint Tootbus offered us to do a replacement tour. This is a welcome step, but unfortunately our programme did not allow us to do so. From a global point of view, the proposed tour is not worth the price paid. You might as well enjoy spending an hour in the traffic jams of London...

Great tour of the lights of London

Discover the Christmas lights on top of a bus discovered while enjoying a hot chocolate and a glass of Prosecco. Thanks to our guide Tom and the driver for their warm welcome. We enjoyed the walk well warmed up in a plaid put at our disposal by them. PS:

Chaos & uncomfortable & I wouldn’t give my worst enemy a chance to get on this

Pick up changed & was advised new location. Couldn’t find it & had to use an expensive black cab They say 3 minutes away from the original location of pickup Took 35 mins by cab Chaos ( certainly not soaking up the atmosphere prior to departure as we were getting shoved aside by non ticket holders trying to get on.) we finally boarded to sit on Seats that were concrete & torture to sit on & the whole slow inch by inch journey was awful & not worth the 3 sets of lights we saw on route .or the £61.20 fee paid We were also given soaking wet hats to wear prior to departure although quickly replaced by new ones did not improve our experience & with a distorted commentary ( ear plugs needed by me ) after an hour an a half I was so happy to get off I could have kissed the ground when we eventually got back to the start. Having seen a few passing tour buses they seemed to have a lot more to offer than the one we were on. Complained to their customer service but was met by their disbelief and they obviously assumed I was lying to get a refund No I was not They say nobody else complained about the issues but I told them that they were probably too traumatised to do anything about it yet. So I will say this Do not use this company for anything as they are so in delusion with their hype they even believe it themselves. If you book with them Good luck. Don’t say I didn’t warn you

Fun and informative date night!

Me and my husband booked this tour as a but of a date night and it was great fun! Interesting facts about London were provided and little quirks from Dan kept us laughing the whole way. The lights were also truly fabulous! My only feedback would be to provide blankets on the top deck or wear thermals as it was cold! Thanks toot toot, would highly recommend! 🙂

Great.

Superb walk outside. The course is very good. On the other hand you have to take your headphones to be able to have explanations in your language
