Cheapest and Best Tour of Florence from Livorno
If you are looking for tour from your cruise ship visiting Livorno, the this operator is 100% reliable. It’s about a third of the price cheaper than what our cruise ship tour! We took the port shuttle town which costs 7 Euros. The Shore Experience reps meet you at the steps of the shuttle bus. We quickly signed up to join the bus departing at 10:00. The journey was one hour and 20 minutes. Luton board tour guide Marti was absolutely first class in providing excellent orientation information during our transit. She we guided you into the city. We had 5 hours free to discover beautiful Florence. Our return journey got us back in plenty of time with a bonus of being delivered right back to the ship in VIP style. So we found this a very professional, reliable and reassuring operator with a guarantee to get you back to port in plenty of time to rejoin your cruise ship.
Horrible company horrible service not friendly
I never was able to try the excursion because I by accidently booked the wrong date and was still in my home country. I contacted them to cha ge the date and was not able to change the date. These people are not accommodating and I am very disappointed. I spent 233$ called them 30 minutes after I realized my mistake and I saw my money fly out the windows. Makes me not want to visit Pisa/Livornonand stay on the cruise ship honestly.

Good option
The comfortable bus left on time, and took us to the city of Pisa, as promised. We had enough time to visit the city main attraction area where the famous tower is. We were driven to our ship, and there the bus continued the second part of the tour. Due to the weather, we decided to skip the second part of the tour, and left the bus at the cruise terminal. The price was reasonable, and we were provided with a map of three different cities. We didn’t give five stars because: 1) We don’t know how was the second part of the tour; and 2) the meeting place information given by Viator was not accurate (viale degli avvalorati), instead, the tour operator was at the drop off canopy area where the bus -coming from the cruise- left us: if we weren’t asking one of the persons dressed in green about the address given by Viator, we would have been in the wrong place.
Not so impressive bus service
It was basically just a bus ride along with hundreds of other customers. No wifi on the bus. No directions on where to go when the bus got to the huge bus parking lot far from the Tower of Pisa. And then when we got back and asked about the "Hop on Hop Off" we had one option. Catch the last one running and ride it around, but make sure you don't get off. Not inpressive
