Fall in love with Pisa and the amazing Piazza Dei Miracoli: the most popular attraction in Pisa where you will have free time to visit the Leaning Tower, the Cathedral and the Baptistery or realaxing In the green meadow under the shadow of one of this monument. - Pisa Arrival Point: Tourist buses are not allowed to enter Piazza dei Miracoli, there will be a 15-minute walking distance from the parking lot to the Leaning Tower of Pisa (Piazza dei Miracoli)
- This tour will depart promptly and cannot be delayed due to the itinerary and distances, please make sure to be at the meeting point at least 10-15 minutes before the start time. Our tour leader will be at the meeting point about 30 minutes before the meeting point not before

Top-notch experience
Our guide Alessandro was excellent, nothing to complain about. We had a wonderful day.
Good option
The comfortable bus left on time, and took us to the city of Pisa, as promised. We had enough time to visit the city main attraction area where the famous tower is. We were driven to our ship, and there the bus continued the second part of the tour. Due to the weather, we decided to skip the second part of the tour, and left the bus at the cruise terminal. The price was reasonable, and we were provided with a map of three different cities. We didn’t give five stars because: 1) We don’t know how was the second part of the tour; and 2) the meeting place information given by Viator was not accurate (viale degli avvalorati), instead, the tour operator was at the drop off canopy area where the bus -coming from the cruise- left us: if we weren’t asking one of the persons dressed in green about the address given by Viator, we would have been in the wrong place.
Not so impressive bus service
It was basically just a bus ride along with hundreds of other customers. No wifi on the bus. No directions on where to go when the bus got to the huge bus parking lot far from the Tower of Pisa. And then when we got back and asked about the "Hop on Hop Off" we had one option. Catch the last one running and ride it around, but make sure you don't get off. Not inpressive
Departing from Livorno versus Civitavecchia
Make sure you do not confuse a trip FROM Livorno from a trip FROM Civitavecchia (1h away). We were in Civitavecchia...but we were able to an excursion to Lucca and Pisa (longer but very nice).
