- Tour operates rain or shine; dress appropriately for the weather.
- Tuk tuk seats up to 6 passengers; consider booking in advance for larger groups.
- Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.

Cancellation policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
Good to know
- Private Tour. All customers with reservation must be ready in 10 min prior to the tour start.
- The Eco Tuk Tuk has a transparent cover. Can be closed in case of cold weather or rain.
- Maximum of 6 people per vehicle. Average weight per passenger 80kg.
- Children 6 years old and under are not legally allowed to ride on a EcoTuk Tuk. Children from 7 to 12 years old or minimum of 1.35m (4.42 feet) can ride on a Booster seat (please let us know beforehand if you need one). Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
- It´s forbidden for pregnant women and intoxicated people, not recommended to mentally or physically incapacitated people or to people with prosthesis.
- A different Pick up and/or drop off is available on request upon an extra charge payment. Please let us know if you want a different location from the one included.
- Availability for shows cannot be checked without making a booking. Credit cards will only be charged upon confirmation of show availability.
- Price is per person. Adult pricing applies to all travelers.
- No large items allowed in the Tuk Tuk (like suitcases or strolers).
- Free rescheduling/refunding/cancellation available up to 24h before the activity, after that, full charges apply.

Charming Lisboa via tuktuk!
Marta was a excellent, engaging, and educated guide. Her 6 passenger tuktuk took 6 adults comfortably. Her English was good and her microphone made the narration pretty easy to follow. We dis some customization ahead of ti.e in order to minimize duplication of stops from another Lisbon tour.

Unreliable, Eco Tuk Tuk Tours
20 minutes before the tour I received a phone call stating our tour was canceled. They were sorry and there was nothing they could do about it. One hour before I was sent a confirmation with my driver’s name and a pick up location, yet 40 minutes later they cancelled on us. Rescheduling did us no good as we are here on a one day excursion on a cruise ship so I requested a full refund of my money. We’ll see how that goes. Not much trust in them. I am very unhappy with this company. I booked this in June and looked forward to it on our vacation. They could’ve hired another company to have taken us. They could’ve got another driver and they could’ve borrowed a Tuk Tuk . They could’ve done anything to take us however they did nothing other than refund my money. This is an unreliable company do not use them.

what a great tour! Our guide Daniel grew up in Lisbon, so he was a wealth of information and stories. We enjoyed his tour so much and saw so many great sites- HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
